Thanks I have quite a few data sets waiting but the ones I have processed have been excellent. I do not yet put any iimage on line as I have had many health issues and difficulties with software and hardware. I am a 73 year old learner with defective colour vision and barely 3 months using PixInsight and Photoshop cc so it is as steep for me as it is difficult to see stars in my letterbox of Bortle 7 city sky…

This was a fun image to process, especially since I had never worked with the Askar D2 filters before. One thing to note is that the three files are not quite star-aligned correctly, so be sure to do that first before processing these data yourself.

Great data. I am a PixInsight newbie but have 6 months of astrophotography experience courtesy of Seestar. Once I workrd out how to process the mono narrowband files I was able to produce a very acceptable image. I think. It isn’t goung on line but I printed it for my collection. Thank you! This dataset captures NGC 2070, commonly known as the 30 Doradus Cluster or Tarantula Nebula, through 21.4 hours of dual narrowband integration. The data consists of 257 frames taken with an Antlia ALP-T filter at 300-second exposures, collected between September and October 2025. The imaging setup employed an Askar 91F APO Refractor paired with a ZWO 585 MC Pro camera on a Sky-Watcher EQ6 Pro mount. This substantial integration time reveals the intricate structure of one of the largest and most active star-forming regions visible from Earth, located in the Large Magellanic Cloud. The dataset is available as a free download under a CC BY-NC 4.0 license, permitting copying, modification and redistribution for non-commercial purposes.
