This IC 1396 dataset, commonly known as the Elephant's Trunk Nebula, comprises 33.4 hours of total integration captured between July 10 and July 22, 2026. The collection includes narrowband imaging with Antlia 3nm filters: 40 frames of H-alpha, 68 frames of OIII, and 79 frames of SII, all at 600-second exposures. Additional RGB data was acquired using Optolong filters, with 15 frames each in red, green, and blue at 180-second exposures. The imaging train consisted of an APO 80/480 telescope paired with a QHY9 camera, mounted on a Sky-Watcher EQ6 Pro. This combination of narrowband and broadband data enables flexible processing approaches for this emission nebula in Cepheus. The dataset is available under a CC0 1.0 Universal license for approximately $7.90 as a one-time purchase.
