Integrated master data for the supernova remnant SNR G206.9+2.3 in Monoceros, captured at DaoCheng Glacier Observatory under Bortle 2 skies. The package contains seven autocropped monochrome Master files: L, R, G, B, H-alpha, OIII and SII, acquired with a NoName 130 mm f/5 astrograph and ZWO ASI6200MM Pro. Total integration: 71 h 20 min. Raw subframes and calibration files are not included.

Thanks I have quite a few data sets waiting but the ones I have processed have been excellent. I do not yet put any iimage on line as I have had many health issues and difficulties with software and hardware. I am a 73 year old learner with defective colour vision and barely 3 months using PixInsight and Photoshop cc so it is as steep for me as it is difficult to see stars in my letterbox of Bortle 7 city sky…

This was a fun image to process, especially since I had never worked with the Askar D2 filters before. One thing to note is that the three files are not quite star-aligned correctly, so be sure to do that first before processing these data yourself.

Great data. I am a PixInsight newbie but have 6 months of astrophotography experience courtesy of Seestar. Once I workrd out how to process the mono narrowband files I was able to produce a very acceptable image. I think. It isn’t goung on line but I printed it for my collection. Thank you! This master dataset captures SNR G206.9+2.3, a supernova remnant, through 71.3 hours of total integration gathered between December 2023 and early February 2024. The collection combines narrowband imaging with 59 hydrogen-alpha frames, 84 oxygen-III frames, and 80 sulfur-II frames at 900 seconds each, plus broadband luminance, red, green, and blue channels at 300 seconds per exposure. All data were acquired using a 130mm f/5 astrograph paired with a ZWO ASI6200MM Pro monochrome camera on a Sky-Watcher AZ-EQ6 GT mount. The dataset is available under a Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 license for approximately $78.90, permitting copying, modification, and redistribution for non-commercial purposes.
