This dataset captures NGC 3521, commonly known as the Bubble Galaxy, during a period when supernova SN2024aecx was visible in the field. The data spans 7.17 hours of total integration time, collected between 30 December 2024 and 6 January 2025 using an ASA RC1000 telescope with an FLI PL16803 camera on an ASA Direct-Drive mount. The acquisition comprises 43 frames distributed across Astrodon Gen1 E-Series Tru-Balance filters: 13 luminance exposures of 600 seconds each, plus 10 frames each in red, green and blue at matching exposure lengths. The dataset is available as a one-time purchase for approximately $43.90 under a CC BY 4.0 license, permitting copying, modification and redistribution with appropriate attribution to the author.
