This dataset captures NGC 1499, the California Nebula, through narrowband imaging spanning ten nights in October 2021. The collection delivers 22.9 hours of total integration using a TS-65Q APO Refractor paired with a ZWO ASI1600MM Pro camera on a Sky-Watcher EQ6 Pro mount. The data comprises 84 frames through Baader 7nm Hydrogen-alpha, 111 frames through Baader 8.5nm Oxygen-III, and 80 frames through Baader 8.5nm Sulfur-II filters, all at 300-second exposures. This SHO palette combination provides the spectral information needed to render the nebula's ionized gas structures in mapped color.
