This dataset captures Mel 22, commonly known as the Pleiades, through 700 unfiltered 60-second exposures totaling 11.67 hours of integration time. The data was acquired on December 9 and 10, 2025, using an Askar SQA70 telescope paired with a ZWO ASI2600MC Air camera on an AM3 mount. The Pleiades, one of the nearest open star clusters to Earth, presents a rich field of young blue stars surrounded by reflection nebulosity, making it an excellent target for wide-field astrophotography. This dataset is available as a free download under a CC BY-NC 4.0 license, allowing users to copy, modify and redistribute the material for non-commercial purposes.
