This dataset captures the Leo Triplet, a striking trio of interacting galaxies in the constellation Leo, catalogued as NGC 3623 and companions. The collection comprises 13.83 hours of total integration time, gathered between April 3 and April 12, 2024. Imaging was performed with a Takahashi CCA250 telescope paired with a Moravian G2-KAI 4022 camera on a Paramount ME mount. The data includes 47 luminance frames and 12 frames each in red, green and blue, all captured through Astrodon Gen1 E-Series Tru-Balance filters at 600-second exposures per frame. This LRGB dataset offers calibrated sub-exposures suitable for creating detailed colour composites of these gravitationally interacting spiral galaxies. The material is available as a one-time purchase at approximately $29.90 under a CC BY-NC 4.0 license, permitting non-commercial copying, modification and redistribution.
