This dataset captures the Pleiades (Mel 22), one of the brightest and most recognizable open star clusters in the night sky. The data comprises 4.8 hours of total integration time collected on January 8, 2026, using a Sky-Watcher 150P telescope paired with an SV405CC camera on an EQ6-R Pro mount. The imaging session included 126 frames at 120 seconds and 73 frames at 30 seconds, all through an Optolong UV/IR filter.
The raw frames are available as a free download under a CC BY-NC 4.0 license, allowing users to copy, modify and redistribute the material for non-commercial purposes. This substantial integration time on such a photogenic target provides ample data for processing experiments, stacking practice, or creating finished images of this stellar nursery.
