This dataset captures the Pleiades open cluster (Mel 22) through 7.5 hours of integration time collected over two nights in late October 2025. The acquisition consists of 90 frames at 300 seconds each, all taken through an Optolong L-Enhance filter with a PlayerOne Artemis C PRO camera mounted on a Tecnosky OWL 90/540 refractor operating at 432mm focal length. The Celestron CGX mount tracked this prominent Taurus cluster throughout the imaging sessions.
The L-Enhance narrowband filter isolates hydrogen-alpha and oxygen-III emissions, revealing nebulosity surrounding the bright cluster stars that might otherwise be overwhelmed by their brilliance. The data is released under CC0 1.0 Universal license, placing it in the public domain with no copyright restrictions. Access requires a one-time purchase of approximately $7.90, providing calibrated frames ready for stacking and processing.
