Observatory description
The telescope is located at AstroCamp, Europe's first telescope hosting site, in Nerpio, Albacete, Spain, an area known for its exceptionally dark and clear skies, making it ideal for astronomical observations. The facility is fully equipped to host robotic telescopes that can be operated remotely via the Internet, providing both amateur and professional astronomers with convenient access to high quality observational data.
The mounted filters are Antlia 3nm HSO and LRGB.
Focuser is ZWO EAF.
Currently no rotator is mounted and the fixed sensor orientation
angle is 24.80°
. Use this value when planning the session and framing in Telescopius, NINA or Sequence Generator Pro.
Direct access to the telescope is possible via a remote computer and the AnyDesk or RemotePcSuite applications.
