Gradient Removal, BlurXterminator, SPCC, NoiseXterminator (using a light touch) StarXterminator to separate stars and starless.
Starless image: CurveTransformation (increase colour and saturation), GHS for stretching, NoiseXterminator and CurveTransformation again.
Stars: Histogram Stretch (stretching manually), CurveTransformation (for colour and contrast)
Combine Stars and Starless by PixelMath.
Final touches: CurveTransformation for slight adjustment (RGB, Lightness, Colour)
